Lunar Lupus Filmwolves places trained Czechoslovakian Wolfdogs with productions, agencies, photographers and brands. The animals come from our FCI/ÖKV kennel vom alten Wolfsblut, live with us and only go with our handling onto a set, in front of a lens or onto a stage. Seven areas are open: film and television, photo shoots, dog photography workshops, events and galas, information evenings, social media and press. We are based in Ligist in Styria, we work across Europe — 100 % electrically since 2022. Prices depend on scope, location, duration and usage rights; the estimate follows the briefing, not a price list.

Film & television
Feature film, series, documentary and commercials — including handling, rest areas and agreement on the scene before the shooting day.
Photo shoots
Editorial, campaign and fashion. We bring the animals, the procedure and the patience a good shot needs.
Dog photography workshops
With our dogs and a photographer. Small groups, real models, a day of practice instead of theory.
Events & galas
Premieres, galas, conventions. A presence that changes a room — planned, accompanied and stopped at any moment.
Info evenings
Breed, film work, breeding — explained honestly. For people with genuine interest, not for spontaneous enthusiasm.
Social media
Brand collaborations that fit the community. Content is made with the animals, not at their expense.

What always applies
Four rules before the camera rolls.
- Animal welfare first
- If a scene runs against the animals' welfare, it goes. We propose alternatives instead of pushing it through.
- Handling stays with us
- Nobody but us leads the animals.That is not vanity — it is the condition under which they work calmly.
- Settle the rights first
- Territory, duration and medium belong in the quote.Buying the shooting day does not automatically buy world rights.
- Honest advice
- If a husky, CGI or no animal at all is the better answer, we say so.We earn on the jobs that fit, not on every job.

What does an engagement cost?
Scope, location, duration and usage rights determine the effort. You get a transparent estimate after the briefing, not from a price list. Usage rights and buyout are billed separately from the shooting day.
Do you replace CGI?
No. We replace neither CGI nor make-up. We deliver what digital animals rarely manage: a real gaze, real weight, real silence in the room. That takes planning, rest areas and the willingness to build a scene so the animal can carry it.
Who leads the animals on set?
We do, and only we. The animals belong to our pack and are not rented out. We bring our own retreat area and insist that it is respected.
